Products can ONLY be returned within 14 days upon receival. Order number, method of payment, and ALL aspects of the product bought must be included when returning. Any customers claiming a product to be defective will be required to send proof of defect upon request from the company via email, before the defect will be accepted for return. Any products deemed defective will refund BOTH the cost of the product plus tax AND the shipping cost. Products being returned due to customer mistake will NOT refund the shipping cost.
